Artwork preparation
Customer logos and ideas are converted into clean vector paths. Tiny islands, overlapping shapes and thin strokes are corrected so the design can be machined at the finished size.
Digital proof
The proof confirms spelling, hierarchy and overall appearance before material is cut. This is the most important time for customer changes.
Toolpath strategy
Different cutters handle profiles, pockets, lettering and detail work. Feed rate, spindle speed, pass depth and direction are selected for the material and tool.
Maker’s advice: Send us a photo of the installation area, finished dimensions and exposure details. Material and design recommendations are much more accurate when we can see the actual space.

The material must remain flat and secure. The router removes material in controlled passes, leaving enough support around delicate details and tabs when required.
